Skip Crust | Lead Pastor
Skip is the lead pastor at EpicLife Church. Skip started ministry in 1999 as a youth pastor and over the last 10 years has had a variety of ministry experiences. He most recently served as Executive Minister at Hope Fellowship Church in Ramsey, MN. He and his wife Carolyn met as teens growing up in Colorado, and married in 1998. Skip earned his undergraduate from Crown College, and is currently pursuing his Masters of Divinity from Bethel Seminary. Skip & Carolyn have two amazing children, Ella (7) who loves anything artistic and creative, and Simon (5) who has an remarkable sense of humor. The Crusts enjoy watching movies, taking walks, grilling out, building new friendships, and playing with their two boxers, Ruby & Vinnie.

Luke Larson | Worship Pastor
Luke is the Worship Pastor at EpicLife Church. His heart beats to give God praise through creative arts. For several years, Luke has had the opportunity to travel to different parts of the country to lead worship for youth groups, Sunday morning churches, and conventions. He served at Emmanuel Christian Center as a worship leader for the middle school group called “The Entry”, and was most recently on staff as the worship leader for “JCP”, Emmanuel’s youth group. Luke and his wife Kristen started dating when they were 16, and after 5 years of dating finally tied the knot in June 2009. During that time, they discovered their mutual calling into worship ministry, and have been pursuing that calling together. Their favorite hobby is music. They also enjoy dates, being at home, playing with their two cats Chase and Lui, snowboarding, walks, and hanging out with friends and family.

Ben De Bono | Pastoral Ministry Intern
Ben is the Pastoral Ministry Intern at EpicLife Church. He does a little bit of everything, but his primary focus is on assimilation ministry and LifeGroups. Although God has laid ministry on his heart for the last few years, EpicLife is the first church Ben has served at. He has an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Minnesota and is currently pursuing his Master of Arts in Theological Studies at Northwestern College. Ben and his wife Annie have been married since 2006. They have one daughter, Ellie (1) and their second, Owen, is due in August. Ben and Annie enjoy music, watching movies, reading fantasy novels, playing with their golden retriever Samwise and watching Ellie grow and discover her world.
Ben’s passion is to see Believers be drawn into transformative relationship with one another and, even more importantly, with God. He loves working with people to help them explore and live out their personal mission so that they can fully experience the Life Christ offers us.
